Joe took several extra steps to isolate the issue and spent the necessary time to check all factors, from thermostat to element. We woke up on this cold morning with a broken furnace. Called Turners and they were out within a couple hours, found the issue, and repaired immediately. So pleased we won’t have to suffer the cold with no heat! This review is specifically for Nick Neighoff. We accidentally blew a fuse on our HVAC when installing a new thermostat. Nick called back promptly and was very thorough, nice, and patient in explaining what we needed to do. He could have charged us a ton of money to come out and replace the fuse, but rather, showed me where the fuse was and I was able to purchase and replace myself. Top-notch customer service that exceeded expectations. We look forward to trusting Turner’s with our system for many years to come!

Turner's Service Co was absolutely perfect. I felt like I was in good hands when talking to the people on the phone and getting my service scheduled. DJ was the technician who came to my house he was absolutely amazing, and very helpful as well with understanding how everything works to a degree. Would definitely recommend them.

We lost heat in the upper zone of our house on a cold February evening. We called Turner Services the next morning and Bill Davis was at our home by 9:30am. Bill is highly skilled; he assessed both the outdoor and indoor components of the unit, diagnosed the problem quickly, activated the auxiliary heat option for our comfort, and had a repair plan in place within 30 minutes. We appreciate Turner Services’ timely response to our call and have 100% confidence in Bill Davis. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of outstanding HVAC service.

Nick called 10 minutes out and was here in no time very cordial and easy to talk to answered all my questions. He was very thorough looking over the system. We also talked about the other people that he had work with, and sounds like within the HVAC community a lot of people know each other. What a great resource to have he told me that he worked with his father who had a company and then he learned a lot from him.
