Daniel was a great tech. Very professional, friendly, courteous, and informative. We had an issue come up with our hot water heater. We called OHA and he responds immediately. He was quick and thorough. Walked us through the issue and gave us solid options. Work was quick and well done. Would definitely seek his service again.

We scheduled a maintenance check for our heating and cooling system. Bernie Miller's service was excellent. He answered all our questions, showed us exactly what was going on with our system & offered his recommendations as to how to remedy the issues we were having. He was on time, courteous and polite. I cant say enough good things about Kyle and Preston installing my new HVAC system. They were here on time, very professional the whole install. Made little mess and cleaned up everything before leaving. Kyle had to make some adjustments to get my system to fit into the space and he did it flawlessly. Both gentlemen explained the system showed me how to work everything and answered all my questions. Highly recommend this company.

Update: We had a unit installed by Kyle & Ashton. It was a fantastic install, and the new system is amazing! Kyle explained how the system was installed, what everything was on the inside unit, furnace and humidifier. He gave an explained how to use the thermostat & app, along with suggestions to get the most out of the new system. The whole process from estimate with Brian to completion has been outstanding! While OHA was at my home for an HVAC matter when an urgent plumbing issue arose. They were able to dispatch a plumber after hours. Daniel was thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient. He was able to fix my shut off valve issue and get everything back in working order in within an hour of arriving. I was impressed with how clean he left the area when he was finished.

OHA is who you call when you need something done well! We just bought a home and needed proactive seasonal maintenance on the HVAC system, as well as a once-over on a propane fireplace that hadn't been used by the previous owners in years. Jeremiah showed up in the promised window, with a text in advance that he was on the way. He and Brian looked over every aspect of our systems, changed our filters, and explained over and above what I'd expected on things for us to look for or be aware of to make sure our systems keep us cool this summer. They took apart, inspected, and thoroughly cleaned the gas fireplace, giving me peace of mind that it was all in safe and working order with my kiddos in the house. And they did all this while being friendly and patient with a few hundred questions from my inquisitive nine year old. 😊 We're already planning on future services from OHA and look forward to more great work.
