Victor Crane1 StarSold me a Payne Heat Pump system then take my $2460.00 transfer it to some "unknown" account and tell me, my wife and my Financial Institution that they have no record of my purchase!! Scam artists!! Even after My Bank and myself send them proof of purchase and transfer of funds. I am not even capable of getting a refund it seems without filing charges against this company as they cannot and will not produce a product or even proof of a product in stock for shipment. Angela Mendehal took the order, Mike? ? Processed it further, and now the CEO George Malvar basically denies its existence. Yes I have proof and conformation of all this!! Sooo Buyers.
