Carlos was responsive, professional, courteous, communicative... and that was just the beginning. He walked me through several different scenarios and priced numerous options, helping to weigh the pros and cons of each. His technical knowledge, creativity, and listening skills made the project a true collaboration. Our home was built circa 1912 and CM just replaced a 2 1/2 ton cooling system with a 3 ton high efficiency heat pump. We are collaborating on the replacement of a second system, which we have penciled-in for replacement in a few weeks. Thank you Carlos and team!

We had CM company to help replacing our water heater at a condo in Bellevue in Sept 2023. After the work was done, as per the condo HOA's requirement, the city inspector came to inspect the work. The work didn't pass the inspection because there were pieces of PVC material which are not permitted in the water heater. So, we contacted CM Air Conditioning and Heating and sent a picture of the parts of PVC to them for the reference. A technician was sent by the CM to take care of the issue in Oct. In November, the Department of City Inspection came and inspect the work again. Once again, the work didn't pass the inspection because there was still a piece of PVC in the water heater. We contacted CM again and set up an appointment for them to fix the issue. However, by the time of the appointment, they changed the mind, didn't replace the part, and said they would contact the Department of City Inspection directly, but there hasn't been any updates since then 2 weeks ago. During this 3-4 months "water heater replacement" process, it has been difficult for us to speak to a right person. When we called the customer service number, they would just take the message and not further response. When we sent email, there was always a long delay to get a reply. We had to push them hard to take a proper action. Please note they replied to our initial inquires quickly and with a great enthusiasm before we decided to accept their service; it seems to us they are just eager to get business but make no effort to take care of after-work issues. It has been very frustrating for us to keep calling/emailing them for the problems they had made. Please also note that they promised us that they would have no problems to pass inspection before we decided to go for their service.

Carlos and his crew are exceptional! Friendly, very knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest, reliable, and cost competitive! He has installed my wine cellar cooling system, two whole house humidifiers, a tankless hot water heater, and he performa all my HVAC maintenance.
