BM and Michaels has been nothing short of amazing. I started having issues with my a/c in 2022 on July 3rd. They came out on July 4th, a federal holiday. I was advised that my inside unit coil needed to be replaced but that they could get me through the summer, with plan to repair in the winter. Due to unfortunate circumstances I was unable to get the repair done and realized by late March my a/c was again not working. They were able to schedule an appointment the same week I called. This time both my indoor and outdoor units need to be replaced. (Darn fixer upper). With in hours of confirming I wanted the work done, they had an install date scheduled. Brian (Technician) and Mary (Business Manager) have been incredibly responsive, kind and caring and professional. They have also a several different point have helped me find the humor in the situation which I was in dire need of. In short BM and Michael’s comes highly recommended in my book, I will continue to use them for any and all HVAC needs my family has.

This company came in my house sent by a inssurance company to replace my thermostat. They brought the wrong one and I sent them back with the thermostat which was still in box. This company called the inssance and lie that they installed the thermostat which is wrong and unprofessional. They lie to get pay and to keep the thermostat. At the same time I am in my house with my family with no option to regulate the temperature. Very unprofessional company. Not to recommend.

I was assigned BM & Michael via my home warranty company. They were fantastic. While I was concerned due to some of the negative reviews I read, my experience was entirely positive. I was assigned Brian as my technician, and he was a true professional and very courteous. Very happy with my experience.

The first hot spring day in March, uur upstairs AC until stopped blowing cold air. BM & Michael's was recommended by Old Republic, our home warranty company. I was a little concerned because the google reviews were mixed, but figured we would give it a go. We easily scheduled work for the next morning, probably because only princesses or menopausal women like me were even turning their air on in March. They dispatched Brian S who arrived right on time in his covid mask and booties. He inspected the upstairs system and isolated the fault to a capacitor. He happened to have a replacement part on his truck and once he installed it, we were back in business. He recommended that we call back to do some preventative maintenance so we will have a smooth summer. I remembered to write the review when I was getting ready to call back and schedule the maintenance. I also learned that changing the air filters at least every other month is the best thing you can do to help your AC unit. I got new filters and whatya know, my allergies went down by at least 70%. I found this company through a home warranty company. I kept them as my HVAC repair company after getting away from the warranty company. I highly recommend them. Brian (repair tech) is very nice and knowledgeable and Mary is always friendly and helpful! They are an honest hard working business and I will continue to use them for my AC and heating needs.
