Justin R5 StarBack in 2018 late on a Sunday night my HVAC went out. Mike diagnosed the problem as a $5 fuse and only charged $64 for Sunday night service call.
In 2021, the 20 year old AC evaporator completely went out, I made the mistake of hiring M & Sons. They put in a new Carrier and 2 years later the compressor went out.
