I recently hired Ashburn HVAC to install a new HVAC system in my home and I couldn't be happier with the decision and results. From the start, it was clear that Payam (the owner) was a trustworthy and professional individual. He is a licensed Master HVAC , which gave me peace of mind knowing that I was working with a reputable business. One thing that stood out about Payam was his attention to detail. He thoroughly assessed the site and took the time to explain the installation process. His expertise was evident throughout the entire process. What also impressed me and why I decided to work with Ashburn HVAC was their flexibility to work with me on a couple of requests. They also accommodated my availability and arrived promptly as promised. The technicians were courteous, respectful, and efficient in their work. I'm very happy with the quality of the work done by Ashburn HVAC. They paid attention to detail, ensuring that everything was functioning perfectly before they left. There are a lot of companies to choose from, but I would highly recommend Ashburn HVAC to anyone for their honesty, fair pricing, professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction.

We love this company - they have taken excellent care of us as customers. Reliable, dependable, excellent service. We bought a home who's HVAC hadn't been maintained or serviced regularly. Ashburn HVAC really helped us make good decisions about how to repair and replace in a way that made sense for our home and budget. We have an annual contract with them and they continue to take care of us seasonally.

I have been a customer of Ashburn HVAC for a number of years, always good service. Recently I had my systems replaced. Ashburn HVAC did a great job. I was provided with some system options to choose from and once I selected the system I wanted, materials were ordered and once received, the job was basically completed in a day. I would recommend Ashburn HVAC to anyone thinking of maintaining or replacing their systems.

Payam is the best! We received 4 quotes from contractors for new HVAC and furnace, and Payam offered us the best/lowest price. 2 weeks prior to the installation, our old AC stopped generating cold air on a hot day. We assumed Freon was low. Payam offered to stop by on the same day refilling Freon free of charge! When it turned out Freon wasn’t the issue, Payam troubleshot the problem for us. With his accurate diagnosis, we were able to get our aging circuit breaker fixed by an electrician, and our old AC was able to keep us cool before the new AC arrives. After the installation, we ran into issues a coupe times. We texted Payam, and he responded quickly each time. He utilized the photos he took from our utility room to troubleshoot. It turned out our old humidifier interfered with the AC. Payam provides not only the best price but excellent customer service. We will certainly recommend his business to our family and friends!

We met Payam through our hunt for a new HVAC system to replace ours from 1986 (nearly 40 years old). He was prompt to reply, professional, and above all, trustworthy. You could immediately tell in speaking with him that his priority was helping you identify the best solution for you, and for your budget, and not just trying to lay on expense after expense, or throw in every bell and whistle. He was able to pinpoint several areas where we could put together a solid and reliable system without having to add subsystems or features that we did not want. No one else did this. He looked at the entire home, and evaluated our complete needs, and used that information to pull together a fair and reasonable estimate that came in lower than the other three we looked into.
