Imagine getting home from out of town and your HVAC/ Furnace is not working? Not a fun experience to be welcomed home from sunny Florida. Nonetheless, the pan below the furnace was full. There was water all over the floor in the utility room and I was very exhausted from a long day of traveling.
I immediately called Justin at Artic Sun at 9pm at night and he was ready to serve. Yes, at 9pm on a Thursday evening and he was available to help us. After 30 minutes of identifying exactly where the issue was coming from, we had confirmed the issue. We have a whole house humidifier and the line backed up and then backed up inside the unit. Justin was very urgent about this matter and wanted to come to our home to ensure we had a working furnace. We politely mentioned to him that if they could work us in the following day that we would accommodate his schedule. It’s 9am on Friday and Justin has completely fixed the problem and we are back up running! He even was on his hands and knees wiping and drying everything off. It is very rare today to be treated so well especially in this type of service industry. We truly felt like we were there only customer.

Katherine Freshley5 StarWe woke up on a Saturday with no heat. Outside temperatures were in the low 40s. Sam arrived, quickly assessed the problem, but had to order a part. As soon as it arrived, Sam had our boiler working again. He was knowledgeable, friendly, explained everything and went the extra mile so our heat was restored. Pallone Disney5 StarI’ve used this company for years and have never had a bad experience. They are pretty thorough and have never pressured me into anything I didn’t want. I’m so happy to see the next generation involved in carrying on the tradition of excellent service. This last visit must have been set by fate because they saved me from a flooded basement and a gas leak. Everything went as well as you could ask and hope and I will continue to refer them to everyone who asks. I always feel like a VIP when dealing with everyone I’ve encountered at the company and you just do not find service like very often anymore.Wednesday 6th March 2024
